Wi-Fi was horrible.

Everything was simply brand-new. That was well-equipped and modern hotel set in tourist area, right by garden, the train station and market, and the Omi-cho market. My room included a vending machine and a lounge. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom was good.

The staff was incredibly incompetent.

my recent stay in kanazawa was fantastic, thanks to capsule hotel musashimachi! the staff, though limited in english, were incredibly helpful and used google translate to communicate. the hotel was spotlessly clean and looked brand new. the pod was surprisingly spacious and not claustrophobic at all. the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from omicho market.
